My name is Tricia Louise Celis, a graduate of Business Administration in Financial management and Accounting from Technological Institute of the Philippines, year 2016.
I am a Microsoft Excel expert, I know how to use formulas, basic macro, short cut keys, pivot, lookup, text-to-column, conditional formatting and such like. We are receiving bulk check images that contains check number, member name, account number, addresses from Wellsfargo in PDF format everyday that requires to be indexed in Microsoft Excel. These are all going through quality auditing so rest assured that I handle tasks very effectively, timely and thoroughly.
My current work requires critical thinking in analyzing the data from our counterpart client in United States. I am handling the most complex account of our team which has special process and requires extraordinary skills in billing and reconciliation. I make reports or whatever my client ask for. Also, I do answer queries directly from the customer service representative in US.
