Availability:
I typically work Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (EST), but I'm flexible depending on the project's needs or sprint cycles. I’m also open to weekend check-ins for high-priority timelines.

Communication:
I prefer clear, async-friendly communication through Slack, or project management tools (Jira, Trello, Notion). I'm also available for scheduled video calls when deeper technical discussions are needed.

Payment Terms:

Hourly or milestone-based payments

Weekly or bi-weekly invoicing

Net-7 or Net-14 payment terms preferred

Escrow preferred for fixed-price contracts
