TCE providing great service since 2008

Founded in 2008 by Troy, TCE has done work for numerous clients in the Dallas metroplex(HKS, Ambit energy, AAFES, Convergys to name a few).

Troy has done desktop programming, web design/development and mobile programming for iOS, Android and Windows.

Majority of work was done for in-house or intranet usage. Troy has had a handful of freelance clients and now is 100% freelance.

Troy is the only fulltime developer at TCE, but has another person on standby if needed.

Looking to expand across the US and beyond.
