Greetings from the Philippines!
My name is Trudy Ann Sungay Renion. I was born here in the Philippines but was raised in Malaysia. I’ve graduated in Tenby International School which follows the K-12 IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education) curriculum. Currently I am a part time English teacher online.
After high school, I was recruited as a secretary of the music department. My job involved usage of varieties of software package, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access to produce correspondence and documents to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and conference facilities. As an assistant, my job requires me to organize school events and make sure that everything in on tack.
I then moved to the Philippines and worked in a BPO industry for 6 month as a customer services representative. My account was for Orbitz.com, hotel reservation. I receive calls for reservations for national chain of hotels. Solve customer concerns with reservations or billing issues and utilized different tool to process issues and solve customer issues to manage customer relationships.
I hope you can picture me within your company as a value member and I hope you see me as a friendly person with applying personality for I believe those characters are important for this position as a customer care representative.
