  Okay, I gotta tell anybody that is reading this ... Lucy is a godsend. I ended up getting a flood of work in at the last minute before a business trip, and I was at my wits ends....then I contacted Lucy, and she said yes. I picture this woman sitting in her home wearing a superhero costume waiting for the distressed calls on her superhero's phone!

  Lucy is a very pleasant and professional provider to work with. Overall, her quality is very good. My one recommendation for her would be to keep a buyer informed as to the progress towards project completion, especially when both the buyer and the provider are new to each other. She needs to train the buyer and inform consequences of slow action on a new buyer.
