We hired Tim to repair an existing e-commerce site that had several deadly problems from a previous incompetant programmer. He not only fixed them, but did a clean rewrite of the servlet code that made it easier for future programmers to read and expand. He also created a customized database synchronization from MySQL to FileMaker Pro for use on our own network. Tim was extremely competent in every facet of the project and came up with creative solutions to some difficult problems. He correctly estimated the timeline of phases, and kept up almost daily communications regarding his progress. I also found him to be particularly good at explaining things to a less-than-techno-savvy client - he even gave advice with logistics such as new hosting recommendations. Restored my faith in programmers!
