Providing professional MS Excel and Access programming, along with Web Building services for value-added results.
I graduated from Memorial U of NL Canada, majored in Computer Science and Statistics, and worked as a computer expert throughout the United States and Canada. My guru skills include Excel, SQL Databases, Access, Web Building, Report Writing, and more.
My work has been applied to a variety of industries - in Plymouth, II USA, I converted 80 manufacturing applications to A Y2k-compliant software platform. I built a database application to track Civil Engineer certifications while working for PiRod.
For NL Power, a private electric utility, I built an Excel Data Visualization for the Human Resources Department, to assess employee performance. At NL Power I also architected a Corporate Historian which is the Data Warehouse for high-performance SCADA data. SCADA data history is critical for maintaining the regional electric grid. The front-end of the Data Warehouse had a number of Data Visualizations I built, including charts and gauges, pulling real-time data.
For a Property Management company called Fortis Properties, I implemented SQL customizations to support Property Accountants, and built a workflow website to assist HR in administering payroll changes.
I also participated in government projects, writing complex reports for the analysis of airline statistics, while working for Statistics Canada.
As a Freelancer, I have built numerous other Excel applications, as can be seen by my portfolio attachments. My retail product, VBA Line Numbers with CodeLiner, helps other Excel Developers debug their macros. My Booking System application allows an Administrator to book appointments for patients, and will export the data to Excel for further processing. I built a Business Survey dashboard with charts, to inform the feasibility of a new tech start-up business. All my retail products are available at http://TumblingWaveSoftware.com
Away from the computer, I enjoy playing music at various establishments in the city.
