I HIGHLY advise others to use Tim for their projects. He gave me frequent updates on the status of the project and was able to figure out issues that came up on his own and in a timely fashion. what i liked most about him was how clear and concise he was in his emails. i did not talk to him even once on the phone. in my experience, this can only be accomplished when the contractor/developer is very organized and knows what he is doing. before he even started the project, he fully looked over the documentation i provided and step by step mentioned how we was going to approach it. while i cannot judge the overall quality of contractors/developers on this site, i can tell you that using this developer is a wise and cost effective choice. the thing i can say about the itmoonlighter.com site is that it looks very organized and well thought out. the site is very easy to use.
