Work Terms

Milestone Delivery and Payment Terms:
A. milestone deliverable s are listed in the order of their completion, along with their associated delivery (due) dates and Payments.
(30% Advance Payment rest 70% divided into different Milestones)

B. Timetable for payments due over the course of the project. If additional work is required due to a change in project scope, the Independent Contractor will submit a Change Order (that addresses the scope change and payment term change) to the Employer for approval.
