What makes me different than most designers? I really care about you. I know it sounds a little silly and cliche to say, but seriously that's what makes me different.
For example, I found myself talking one of my clients out of building an e-commerce site last week. I could have simply built the site and made a chunk of change off the project, but in my mind the business financial plan was flawed. The numbers didn't add up, and he was guaranteed to lose money.
Now I didn't discourage him from abandoning his dream to be an entrepreneur, because of something else that sets me apart. I absolutely love small businesses. I have four of my own, so I'm always encouraging my clients to take calculated risks and bet big when there is opportunity, but I'm also a data cruncher with a mind for business strategy who sincerely cares for his clients.
The reason I bring this up is I want you to know that when we work together. Your interests, goals, and desires are forefront in my mind, and I won't let mine ever compromise yours.
Work Terms
I want trust to exist between us, so I will not ask for payment until I've completed a project and you're happy with it. The industry norm is to collect 50% upfront when building a website, but that's not how I operate.
I only choose clients I believe I can trust, and will do everything I can to earn theirs.
