Work Terms

1. Availability:
I am available to work Monday through Friday, with flexible hours to accommodate deadlines. Weekend work may be considered upon request.

2. Communication:
I prioritize prompt and open communication. I am reachable through Guru messaging and email for updates, project discussions, and any questions you may have. I aim to respond within 24 hours on weekdays.

3. Project Scope and Requirements:
To ensure the highest quality, I ask that clients provide all relevant information at the project’s start, including word count, document type, and specific editing guidelines or preferences. If possible, sharing the project’s intended audience and tone helps me tailor the edits to your needs.

4. Turnaround Time:
Timely delivery is a priority. Turnaround times will be based on project complexity and word count, which we will discuss and agree upon upfront. For larger projects, I can provide updates on progress at regular intervals.

5. Revisions:
I offer up to two rounds of revisions for each project to ensure your satisfaction. Additional revisions beyond this can be provided for a small fee, which we can discuss based on the scope of changes.

6. Payment Terms:
I require safe and secure payment through Guru’s Escrow system to protect both parties. Projects will be divided into milestones or paid in full, depending on the scope and timeline. Payment releases will align with project milestones or upon final approval of work.

7. Confidentiality:
Your work and any information you share are treated with complete confidentiality. I am happy to sign an NDA if needed to provide you with peace of mind.

8. Project Completion and File Delivery:
Once all editing and revisions are complete, I will deliver the final files in your preferred format (e.g., Word, PDF). You will receive a clean, final version as well as a tracked-changes version, allowing you to review all edits.
