My role is to fullfill clients requirement. Basically i work upon telecom and it as well as on some oil and gas projects. Mainly i worked under a company but i want to work from home.

My role consists of recruitement. And outsourcing aswell as screening.
Generally searching the candidates on jobdb ,dice, jobstreet, monster, careerbuilder and company portal. Use linkedin , social network.
