My name is Udeme Ekpenyong and I obtained a Bachelor degree in Management information systems from Cyprus International University, Lefkosia, Cyprus.
With over 1 year work experience as a Customer service representative in a giant telecommunication company, I handled inbound calls/escalations/emails. I respond to product and service related queries, resolve customer issues, first level resolution, determining the cause of the problem and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, contribute to team efforts to achieve a common goal, suggest products and services to customers to satisfy customer needs, keep up to date customer information for easy access, WOW customers(go the extra mile to satisfy customers) and many more.
Technically, I am proficient in Microsoft office suite(Excel, Word etc), CRM software to better manage customer relationship such as SIEBEL - CRM, and navigating through CRM software. I have basic knowledge in HTML, CSS etc.
Throughout the years of experience as a customer service representative, i developed vital skills to ensure that quality of service and customers' needs are met. Skills like excellent communication skill, kindness, calmness, patience, active listening, multitasking, attention to detail, time management skill, problem solving, product knowledge, excellent team work skill, persuasion and negotiation skill, result oriented, meet targets and deadlines. I am also a fast learner and willing to learn new things.
