Work Terms

Payment terms:
Payment terms for services rendered by UI-Partners are:

• 15% of project amount to be released towards advance payment.
• Remaining payment would be released based on the completion of the phases.

• In the event that Project is terminated, UI-partners shall have the right to bill 20% of the agreed Project budget.

Note:* On completion of specified work, the client will be notified to review it. The client should notify us in writing, of any unsatisfactory points within 2-3 days of receipt of such notification. Any work which has not been reported in writing to us as unsatisfactory within the 2-3 days of review period will be deemed to have been approved.
