As someone with 3yrs of experience, and is analytical, innovative and accustomed to multi-tasking activities and duties, I have tutored on Virtual Assistance, Data Entry and Customer Service tasks as well as been handed their respective duties.
I am accustomed to the Google Workspace as well as the Microsoft space. All my duties from Expense Tracking to Email Management, Phone Support, Client Administration, Customer service, Meeting Scheduling, Flight and Travel Management, Project Management etc. were handled with Google Workspace tools. During my time, i was opportune to learn on the job and handle a variety of tasks from various niches in the Virtual Assistance, Data Entry and Customer Support field which I am grateful to ALX Africa for.
I was given tasks which were to be submitted every week and i had a work load of 35 to 40 hours per week which i delivered when due. At some point, i was instructed to collect and complete tasks from random individuals on Facebook communities for free just to hone my skills. I booked a flight for a client and was able to save him 14 dollars by using available coupons which he wasn't aware of. Another task by a client was to help type his seminar report for his Human Resources Masters Degree program. It was 48 pages long and had over 17000+ words and i delivered in 4 days. I have also acted as a customer support for my uncle who created a website for delivery of NYSC clothes and needed someone to recieve calls on the line he put on the website. I did this for over a month, I received an average of 4 calls per day. Most of them were usually complaints as regards multiple transfers from their end.
This experience has enabled me to be very detail-oriented, flexible, innovative, accustomed to working long hours and even learn deeper about Personal assistance, data management, customer/client behaviour, call management and other bits and parts that are critical in my field.
Work Terms
I can work 30-40 hours a week, I accept only trusted means of payment and my medium of communication depends on what is comfortable for my client.
