I’m a passionate Logo Design & Branding Specialist, recently graduated and based in the vibrant heart of Mexico City. My journey into the world of design began long before my formal education, fueled by a love for creativity and a deep appreciation for the power of visual storytelling. As I honed my skills, I discovered that design wasn’t just about creating something beautiful; it was about crafting identities that resonate and inspire.
During my studies, I immersed myself in learning the intricacies of design, from the psychology behind colors to the subtleties of typography. Work Terms
Hours of Operation: I am available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CST). I occasionally accommodate requests outside of these hours for urgent projects or deadlines, but this is subject to availability.
Payment Terms:
Project-Based: For most projects, a 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon completion and delivery of the final files.
Hourly Work: For ongoing or hourly work, I invoice at the end of each week, with payment due within 7 days.
Payment Methods: I accept payments via PayPal, bank transfer, or other mutually agreed-upon methods. All payments are in USD unless otherwise specified.
Preferred Communication Style: I prioritize clear and efficient communication. My preferred methods of communication are via e-mail or messaging platforms such as WhatsApp or Slack. This allows me to keep all project details organized and easily accessible. I aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days.
Revisions & Feedback: I offer up to three rounds of revisions per project to ensure your satisfaction. Additional revisions can be discussed and are typically billed at an hourly rate. I encourage open and honest feedback throughout the design process to ensure we’re on the right track.
Turnaround Time: Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the project. Typically, initial concepts are delivered within 5-7 business days, with final files ready within 2-3 weeks, depending on the scope of work.
Confidentiality: I respect your privacy and confidentiality. All information and materials shared during the project will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing your project.
