Work Terms

Payment Terms: I offer both project-based and hourly work. For project-based work, I charge a flat rate for the entire project, with a 50% deposit due upfront and the remaining 50% due upon completion of the project. For hourly work, I charge a set hourly rate and will provide an estimate of the total hours required for the project before beginning work. Payment is due at the end of each week for hourly work.

Communication: I value open and transparent communication with my clients. I am available to communicate through email, phone, or video conferencing as needed. For hourly work, I will provide weekly updates on the progress of the project and the total hours worked.

Revisions: I understand that revisions may be necessary to ensure that the final product meets your requirements. For project-based work, I offer up to two rounds of revisions, with additional revisions available for an additional fee. For hourly work, revisions will be billed at my hourly rate.

Deadlines: I take deadlines seriously and strive to deliver all projects on time. I will provide a realistic timeline for each project and keep you updated throughout the process. For hourly work, I will provide an estimate of the total hours required for the project and will keep you updated on progress to ensure that we stay within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Ownership and Copyright: All work that I create for my clients is considered "work for hire," and the client owns all rights to the work upon completion of the project. I do reserve the right to use completed work in my portfolio or for promotional purposes. If you require exclusive rights to the work, we can discuss this during the project briefing stage.

Confidentiality: I understand that confidentiality is important for many clients. I am happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if required to ensure the confidentiality of your project.
