Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I am available for 40 hours a week, and I adjust my schedule to meet project deadlines and client requirements. Urgent tasks and weekend work can be accommodated upon request.

Payment Terms:
I prefer milestone-based payments for larger projects, ensuring transparency and progress for both parties.
For smaller projects, payment is expected upon project completion.
All payments must be processed through the Guru SafePay system to ensure a secure transaction.
Hourly projects are billed at my agreed-upon rate, with weekly invoicing.

Preferred Communication:
I am available for communication via Guru messaging, or Slack for daily updates and discussions.
For project kick-offs, progress meetings, or more detailed discussions, I can schedule Zoom or Google Meet video calls.
I prioritize clear, regular communication and provide progress updates as agreed.

Turnaround Time:
Project timelines are mutually agreed upon before starting, ensuring both quality and efficiency.
I aim for prompt delivery and am always committed to meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of work.

Revisions & Support:
I offer two rounds of revisions on all projects to ensure complete client satisfaction.
Post-project support is available for an agreed-upon time, and additional support can be discussed if needed for future maintenance.
