Work Terms

Work Terms & Payment Terms
I strive for clarity and efficiency in all my projects. Below are the work and payment terms to ensure smooth collaboration:

Work Terms:
Project Scope: All deliverables, timelines, and expectations will be defined and agreed upon upfront.

Communication: I maintain clear and timely communication. Regular updates will be shared, and I am available for revisions or follow-ups.

Revisions: Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions will be charged at an hourly rate of $50.

Confidentiality: Client details are kept strictly confidential.

Timelines: Timelines will be agreed upon based on project complexity. I aim to meet deadlines, but any changes on your end that impact the schedule should be communicated in advance.

Payment Terms:
Hourly or Fixed Rate: Payment can be made either hourly ($15/hr) or as a fixed rate depending on the project.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required before starting any project.

Payment Methods: I accept payments through PayPal, Wise, and Payoneer for secure and convenient transactions.

Invoicing: An invoice will be provided upfront, with payment due according to the agreed-upon schedule (typically 50% upfront, 50% upon completion).

Late Fees: Late payments will incur a 5% late fee after 7 days past the due date.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Cancellation: Projects can be canceled with 3 days' notice. If work has already begun, payment for the completed work is required.

Refunds: Refunds are available only if no work has been initiated. If a project is canceled after work has started, refunds are prorated based on the work completed.
