Work Terms
Availability: I am available to work up to 40 hours a week. My working hours are flexible, and I can adjust them to accommodate different time zones if required.
Communication: I prefer to communicate via Guru.com's messaging system, but I'm also available for Skype calls, Zoom meetings, or emails when necessary. Regular updates will be provided on the project's progress.
Project Deliverables: All deliverables will be submitted through Guru.com's platform unless otherwise specified. I ensure that all data and information provided will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
Tools & Software: I utilize a range of both free and paid tools for my projects, as mentioned in my bio. If a project requires a specific tool not listed, please let me know in advance.
Revisions: I offer up to two rounds of revisions for each project to ensure client satisfaction. Any additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.
Feedback: After the completion of each project, I kindly request clients to leave feedback on my Guru.com profile. This helps me continuously improve and provide better services to future clients.
Confidentiality: I understand the importance of confidentiality. All information shared by the client will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party.
Termination: If, for any reason, you wish to terminate the project before its completion, please provide a notice at least 48 hours in advance. Any work completed up to that point will be billed.
Quality Assurance: I am committed to delivering top-notch quality work. However, if there are any issues or discrepancies, I urge clients to reach out immediately so that I can address and rectify them promptly.
