Work Terms

Operating Hours: 8 Hours of Design Excellence

Flexible Payment Terms:
1. Full Payment upfront: Pay the total project cost in full before the commencement of the design work. This option allows for a hassle-free experience, ensuring that your project starts promptly and progresses smoothly.

2. Partial Payment: Make an initial deposit of 50% of the total project cost at the start. The remaining balance can be paid in installments or upon project completion, as agreed upon in our contract.

3. Retainer Agreement: For clients with ongoing design needs, retainer agreements are offered. Pay a fixed monthly fee to secure the services for a specified number of design hours each month. This option provides you with priority access to my services and ensures a dedicated resource for your ongoing projects.

Preferred communication style:
1. Mail Communication: If you prefer written correspondence, Mail is an excellent way to convey your design requirements, provide feedback, or ask questions. I would ensure prompt responses to your emails, keeping the conversation organized and documented for easy reference.

2. Virtual Meetings: For a more personalized touch, we can have virtual meetings through platforms like Zoom or Skype. This enables face-to-face discussions, screen sharing, and the ability to present design concepts in real-time. Virtual meetings provide a collaborative environment, allowing us to align the creative visions and address any questions or concerns you may have.
