Work Terms
Work Terms for UTEAM / UnitedTeam
Project Scope and Deliverables:
All projects will begin with a detailed scope of work, agreed upon by both UTEAM / UnitedTeam and the client.
Deliverables will be defined within the scope of work document.
Payment Terms:
Projects under $2,000 require a 30% deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion.
Projects over $2,000 require a 15% deposit, with subsequent payments tied to project milestones.
Timeline:
A project timeline will be established at the start of each project, outlining key milestones and deadlines.
Communication:
Regular updates will be provided within 4 days
All critical communication regarding project changes must be confirmed in writing.
Confidentiality:
UTEAM / UnitedTeam agrees to keep all client information confidential and secure.
Quality Assurance:
All deliverables will undergo rigorous quality assurance testing to meet high standards of performance and design.
Revisions:
The scope of work will specify the number of revisions included with each deliverable.
Additional revisions may be subject to further charges.
Cancellation Policy:
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
In the event of cancellation, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date.
