I am Delhi-based Fashion and Textile Design graduate with a passion for timeless design. As a full-time freelancer in fashion design and illustration, I bring a wealth of experience from both export houses and retail. Eager to learn and integrate new concepts into my work, I see freelancing as an avenue to take on diverse projects, collaborate with varied clients, and continually expand my knowledge. Work Terms

1. Scope of Work: I offer fashion design, textile design, illustration, tech pack services, including concept development, sketching, and final design creation.
2. Deliverables: Deliverables will include digital or physical fashion illustrations, design sketches, and any other agreed-upon project components.
3. Timeline: Estimated delivery times will be provided upon project initiation, with clear milestones and deadlines for client review and feedback.
4. Communication: Preferred communication channels include email and WhatsApp.
5. Revisions: Up to three revisions are included in the agreed-upon project fee. Additional revisions may incur extra charges, to be discussed and approved by both parties.
6. Payment Terms: A 40% initial deposit is required to initiate the project. For larger projects, milestone payments will be specified. The final payment is due upon project completion. Payment is accepted via Paypal, UPI and direct bank transfer.
7. Ownership and Usage Rights: Upon receipt of final payment, the client will have full ownership of the final designs. I retain the right to showcase the completed work in my portfolio and promotional materials.
8. Confidentiality: I commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all project-related information and not disclosing sensitive details to third parties.
9. Cancellation and Refunds: Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. Cancellation fees may apply based on the project's status. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the agreed-upon terms.
10. Collaboration: I welcome open collaboration and client feedback throughout the project. Regular check-ins will be scheduled to ensure alignment with client expectations.
11. Legal Compliance: All work will comply with relevant copyright laws and intellectual property regulations.
12. Portfolio Usage: I reserve the right to showcase the completed work in my portfolio and promotional materials.
