The Power of Next Management Consultant

Designing, constructing, and managing projects came naturally and I was able to start my professional career in the early 1990s. I was about 20 years old working for my first architecture firm making about $14 dollars an hour. I strategically switched positions wanting to soak up as much experience in the various types of specialties and to learn from the valuable lessons of each dynamic leader of each firm had to offer. The year I graduated, I was working for two architecture firms at the same time. There was such a demand in the industry at the time for individuals who could confidently put a set of construction documents together. After completing my architectural experience program, I signed my first third party project management contract with my former employer. It was a day of reckoning and confidence. With that first contract, our business forged ahead.

We legally formed the company Urbanetectonics, LLC in 2004, started doing business as The BomaQ Companies serving the management consulting needs of our clients, their customers, and our community by implementing effective management systems that help maintain consistency across their project load.
