- Response time: Within 1 hours during business hours

Payment Terms:

- Payment method: Bank or payoneer secure payment system
- Payment schedule: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion

Additional Terms:

- Turnaround time: 2-5 business days for most projects
- Revisions: 5 free revisions included, additional revisions $5 each
- Rush projects: 25% surcharge for projects requiring less than 24-hour turnaround
