I have over 30 years’ experience, 15 of which in large prestigious law firms (Morrison & Foerster; former partner at K&L Gates). I have spent the last 15 years working in boutique firms that specialize in early-stage companies and intellectual property. Work Terms

Always available for my clients. Flexible billing: hourly or fixed fee. Typically work via email, phone, and Skype, though clients are welcome to our Orange County CA office.
