Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
- Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Your Time Zone).
- Availability for meetings or urgent issues outside these hours can be arranged with prior notice.
Payment Terms:
- Hourly Rate: $5 per hour; or
- Fixed-Price Projects: Payment to be released upon completion of milestones as outlined in the project scope.
- Invoices will be submitted on a bi-weekly basis, with payment due within 14 days of invoice submission.
- Payments are processed through Upwork's secure payment system.
Preferred Communication Style:
- Daily/Weekly status updates will be provided via invitation or project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
- For immediate or urgent communication, preferred methods are [Skype/Slack/Zoom or other instant communication platforms].
- I am open to adapting to the client’s preferred communication tools for the duration of the project.
Project Delivery:
- SQA tasks will be carried out according to the agreed upon project plan and timelines.
- Testing results, bug reports, and quality assurance documentation will be delivered as per the schedule or upon completion of certain milestones.
Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure:
- I adhere to strict confidentiality and non-disclosure principles to protect sensitive information pertaining to the client's products and services.
Feedback and Revisions:
- Constructive feedback is always welcomed to ensure that project deliverables meet the expected quality.
- X revisions are included within the scope of the project; additional revisions can be accommodated and may be subject to additional charges.
Termination Clause:
Either party may terminate the contract with a written notice of 7 days in advance if the terms are not met or in case of unforeseen circumstances.
