• I have more than 7 years’ experience in customer support/service and as a Virtual/ Administrative Assistant.
• I have a good instinctual feel for the complexity of a customers' problem, and can quickly
determine which solutions will be most timely and effective and which solutions
should be implemented to quickly solve the problem.
• I’m capable with Zendesk ,Zohodesk, hubspot, chatra, Tidio, TextNow, Vigaro, Trello, gmail,slack, skype,toggle, Wechat
shopify, Woocommerce and bigcommerce to name a few
• I have excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail and an ability to handle
multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
• I’m calm under pressure, and good at dealing with a broad range of customer
requests
• I take a proactive approach to my work and an excellent problem solver
• I’m able to understand the language used by customers that purchase products
stocked on the ecommerce website from both a product and sales and checkout
flow perspective
• A proactive self-starter, able to work independently in what can at times be a
pressured environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact with customers
in a clear and concise manner
• I’m a team player who is able to make independent decisions based on established
guidelines
• Have the ability to recognize current trends within the industry and suggest ways to
improve the overall customer experience.
Note: My working hours and hourly rate is flexible.
Work Terms
I'm available 12 hours a day.
