I have worked as an online freelancer and a virtual assistant for a little over a decade now.
I am adept at working with business owners who have different personalities and requirements. For over ten years, I’ve done different freelancing jobs including internet marketing, social media management, website creation, and administrative support.
In my current position as a Virtual Assistant at Blink Publishing, I assist my boss in a variety of administrative tasks. I contribute to the success of the business by doing market research, creating detailed instructional documents (SOPs) for other employees to follow, managing a Facebook page, creating weekly sales and refunds report for the partners, editing the company website, qualifying influencers for company promotion, sending weekly emails to partners, and sending emails to qualified experts and influencers. My SOPs were later included in a new online course for the company’s affiliates.
