I'm a passionate improvement searcher throughout my life, I am quality-oriented, and see a situation in a large scope.

I worked as IT Talent Searching Specialist/Sourcer for 1 year and 3 months in an outsourcing company where I got a lot of searching practice(in Ukraine and abroad). I worked for 1 month as a Recruiter. I'm able to communicate with candidates in English or Ukrainian.

During my work break, I also get acquainted with such development skills as HTML, CSS, and JS to get more understanding of the development process which will help in my next position because it had become my new hobby.
