I have over 5 years experience in the admin/admin assistant role. With my exceptional multi tasking skills and excellent prioritization skills, I am able to produce quality work in a timely manner. I have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc,). I am able to manage calendars, diaries and travel arrangements, I am also proficient with email and have impeccable telephone etiquette. Communication is of utmost importance and I understand the needs of clients. I am fluent in the Italian language and am able to speak, read and write. I am also able to provide informal tutoring for Italian and English as well as any written translation. I have also recently completed a data analysis in Excel course. I am a lady of many passions and am always willing and eager to learn.
Work Terms
I am available from Monday-Friday, 9am-16:30pm. Salary and rate may be discussed and will depend on which service you are interested in
