Work Terms

We use SCRUM for project administration purposes, and email and Skype for communication purposes. We normally reply within 1 business day by email, and ASAP, usually, immediately, via Skype. We support flexible work hours that are synchronized with our clients.
We use several project delivery models: Fixed Cost/Price, Time& Materials, Cost Plus (which is generally good for start-ups). In any event, we are totally flexible to discuss all possible options and models.
