For prospective employers: I have used Lawrence on a profect and would lik to take a moment to share wth you. Lawrence is avry talented individual. If you have a sizable project that lends itself to a long term upside or perhaps one that will grow beyond where you are now, he is your man. This is especially true if you can provide him a sizable amount of work fight from the beginnng. Lawrence is talented beyond his own recognition of himself. He is creative andcan think outside the box. Given the right opportunity, he will be a reliable long term source for any sizable project. If I had that to offer him, now, I know he wuld grasp it and run with it. However, I am not there. Give him a chance. Talk openly to him and plainly, you will see what I have seen and now you know he has produced. If he wants to use me as a referal, I will then gladly talk with you, about him. Greg Fulton

Lawrence is a very competent and intelligent person. He is an excellent commuicator and open for any feedback which he readily assimilates. I would highly recommend him to anyone. If you have a large project or an ongoing project that would require a consistency of production, he is the one for you, I believe he is capable and resposible enough to run an operation beyond just himself. He would rise to the occasion. I think it best to be straightforward with him and speak to him plainly so he understands just what it is you require. this will endear trust and he can focus on getting the job done for you. He has more to offer than he knows as I see a deep talent pool in, who he is. Given the opportunity he will take care of business and you can count on him.
