Helping others and empowering people is what motivates me the most. The idea that I might provide a solution to someone's problem is what motivates me to do a good job.
For me to love my work, I need to know that they measure and reward success and that they value each individual's contributions. I also would like to work for a workplace that has viable plans, so that I know I am helping the company succeed in both the short and long term. For 2.5 years, I have worked in digital marketing, and so I am accustomed to working with all sorts of products and services, and in a variety of industries. I have a deep passion for producing content to build community. I've worked on almost every possible tool like ahrefs, semrush, and etc. I've helped many brand level sites to get ranked on the first page and even the very first link on the google search as per the keyword requirements.
