Work Terms

Working Conditions
Hours of Operation: I am available for work until 8pm, but most often respond in the first half of the day. It is important to note that I always see work emails and try to respond as quickly as possible.
Payments: Payments are made through secure platforms, I accept an upfront payment of 50% of the total project cost. Final payment is made after the project is completed and approved.
Feedback and edits: I provide two rounds of edits included in the price. Additional edits can be discussed and paid for separately.
Deadlines: I always strive to meet agreed upon deadlines. If changes to the project schedule are necessary, I will notify the client in advance and agree on new deadlines.
Confidentiality: All materials and information provided by the client are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without the client's permission.
Communication: The main method of communication is email, but discussions via messengers or video calls are also possible in consultation with the client.
