• Served as a team leader for conducting survey of setting out plan for IIT campus at kandi, which involves setup Bench Mark & Layout
• Handled commercial & contractual issues, having the overall responsibility for the budget, schedule, QA/QC, safety.
• Successfully delivered projects and accountable for project planning, direction & supervision of construction work.
• Managed day-to-day activities and organising resources, monitoring and correcting the execution plan at site
• Coordination for client billing and developed certification of vendors bills and process for payments
• Ensured smooth work progress at site by preparing work methodology for all activities and certified by PMC and the same will be injected to down the line of staff/ bottom line
• Handled technical, organizational & supervisory role on construction projects, setting out and determining the location & underground infrastructural installations involved in construction operations
• Responsible for checking the drawings, Vendor bills certification and reconcile the item wise measurements
• Ensured that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
• Accountable for managing procurement of material & arranging manpower for civil work
• Coordinated with consultants, subcontractors, vendors and construction team involved in the project
• Interacted with clients & their representatives including attending regular meetings
