I was involved in the enhancement of the WWS (Warranty Warehouse) system. It is a DB2 'normalized view' of source data from different regions in the world (Sources are like IMS, SAP etc.). This Database consists of Warranty Claims data of machines, product data, pricing for claims and machine, and failure information. It is used by various units to create metrics on claims against machines or parts that they develop.
