Cooking is my passion, and in a positive and negative aspect, it defines me. 10 years experience in the culinary industry and culinary school, is only the foundation that I keep building on. It stems from the emotional relationship with food, ingredients, and cultural traditions. I am an avid reader and researcher of ingredients, techniques, and overall schemes and trends of the industry. When i'm not working, i'm working (if that makes sense). I have been currently writing random conceptual recipes based on inspirations, readings, or current aspirations.
