Let me tell you a little background before I give you the list of things I CAN DO.
I work as a Virtual Assistant in eCommerce business where I am the one who manages the customer inquiry and the status of their orders, dealing with the supplier, uploading product in Shopify.


I also work in the area of Customer Service for 4 years and 3 years in Property Management as a Professional Admin Assistant. I also have experience in Sales, Basic Accounting, bookkeeping, and basic IT works.


My CUSTOMER SERVICE experience.
Before I decided to be a freelancer, I was part of a Real state company where we provide instant offices, meeting rooms and other office services. As a Customer Service Representative, we are the extension of our clients business. The main task here is to coordinate with our clients face to face. I'll make sure that all of our clients are satisfied with our services by responding in their query by phone, email or chat in an accurate and timely manner. I'll Make sure that we provide all their needs base on the standard. I am also responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting basic IT and telecom technical issues. My Administrative task is delivering their mail, answering their phones, sending their packages, ordering their office supplies and after 1 year, I got promoted as COMMUNITY MANAGER and my main task is to process client invoices, collect payment, handle debt collection, provide sales revenue, handle a team member and lead by example, creating a strong ethos of customer service throughout the team and serve as a primary back up for the Area Manager including customer needs and meetings. Within those 4 years, I also have developed my solid Sales experience.

My ADMINISTRATIVE experience,
I work as a professional admin assistance for 3 years in different prestigious Property Management here in the Philippines. My main task here is to maintain a professional, service-oriented relationship with the Manager
