I am an experienced Product Owner / Project Manager based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia ( GMT +8 ) who specializes in the design and development of IT software products for both web and mobile platforms.

→ Create highly detailed technical documentation for agile development.
This includes writing PRDs (Product Requirements Documents), GDDs (Guidelines for Development Documents), user stories, and other types of documentation. I will write the documentation in Microsoft Word, Confluence, or Google Docs, depending on your preference.

→ Set up the foundations for agile product development.
This includes creating product roadmaps, sprint plans, and milestone plans. I will also document these plans so that everyone on the team is on the same page.

→ Create test cases for the QA team.
This includes writing test cases that will help the QA team to test the product and ensure that it is working as expected.

→ Create mockups, UX wireframes, UI designs, and UI/UX documentation.
This includes creating visual representations of the product so that the team can visualize how it will look and function. I will also create documentation that explains the design decisions that were made.

→ Conduct market research and create user personas.
This includes researching the target market and creating user personas that represent the different types of users who will be using the product.

→ Collect feedback from users and conduct A/B feature testing.
This includes collecting feedback from users about the product and testing different features to see which ones are most effective.

→ Design and document admin panels.
This includes designing and documenting the admin panels that will be used by the product team to manage the product.

→ Design and document mobile-adaptive interfaces.
This includes designing and documenting interfaces that will work on both desktop and mobile devices.

→ Conduct stakeholder interviews and collect data.
This includes interviewing stakeholders and collecting data about their needs and requirements.

→ Create feasibility studies and product roadmaps.
This includes conducting feasibility studies to determine the viability of the product and creating product roadmaps that outline the product's development timeline.

Work Terms

Payment
→ Paid via Wise or Crypto.
→ Milestone / Weekly basis, once the work is completed to the client's satisfaction.
→ I am willing to negotiate payment terms on a case-by-case basis.

Hours of Operation
I am available to work during the following hours:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm GMT+8
Saturday - Sunday: 10am - 4pm GMT+8
I am also willing to work outside of these hours if needed.
