I hold a Bachelor's degree in music education from Univ. of Wisconsin. My career in customer service spans more than 35 years in the telecommunications industry. I served both residential and business customers in call centers, public offices, and on the customer's premise. I am professionally trained in consultative sales, and have experience in relationship marketing, event planning, and public speaking.
Work Terms
I can work 20 - 30 hours per week, preferably Monday - Friday.
I will provide a hard-wired land line or smartphone as necessary.
I will provide my own computer with Windows 10 operating system, and AT&T U-Verse high speed Internet.
