During my tenure at the North American Services Center (NASC) in Dubai, and Vision Consultancy Services, I honed my skills as a Business Development and Sales expert, specializing in immigration services for countries such as Canada, Australia, the USA, UK, and Europe. Additionally, I facilitated consultations for esteemed citizenship by investment programs and USA EB-5, L1 and etc.
Before this, I served as a General Manager at a renowned chain restaurant in India, where I led operations, sales, and customer service initiatives with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and driving profitability. My experience also extends to roles such as Regional Collection Manager at Mahindra Holidays in India, where I managed debt portfolios in the Eastern Region, and as an Assistant Manager at HSBC, overseeing debt profiles for credit cards and personal loans.

- Communicate with clients extensively to provide accurate and timely updates on their applications.
- Identify and cultivate leads, actively pursuing new clients interested in immigration services.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet individual and team targets.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

- Stay abreast of the latest immigration laws, regulations, and policies in various target countries.
- Offer expert advice to clients on the most suitable immigration programs based on their qualifications
and aspirations.
- Collaborate with IN-House IRCC consultant and other processing team members to ensure the delivery
of exceptional immigration services.
- Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with clients throughout the immigration process.
- Provide ongoing support, address inquiries, and resolve concerns to ensure a positive client experience.
- Promptly escalate any issues or delays to management or supervisors.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales objectives.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
