I am a seasoned and passionate Microsoft SQL Database Administrator with more than 30 years of combined in-depth experience. This 31st of March 2024, my 10 years of Consultancy Work with F&G will be ending so I am actively looking for long-term remote SQL Server position or work where-in I can share my experiences in managing SQL Servers. I was an SME for Microsoft SQL Server at ttec for more than 7 years and aside from providing technical knowledge and guidance about SQL Servers, I performed planning, installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrade, and decommissioning of the SQL Servers of the company.

All-in-all, as MS SQL DBA, I have a long experience in managing SQL Servers from version 7 to 2022, either on-premises or on Azure. I administer SQL Servers of various kind such as Dev, QA, STG, UAT, Prod, or DR; I have strong foundation about clustering, AlwaysOn, or other DR solutions like replication, log shipping, or database mirroring; I have also deep understanding about backup and restore either using native or third party backup solutions; I have a long experience of troubleshooting and performance optimizations; I can work closely with your application support and development teams in optimizing your existing or new routines; I have strict experience in securing SQL Servers and databases in accordance to SOX, ISO, and PCI requirements

Work Terms

I can commit 8 hours a day or 40 hours a week and on-call during weekends or off-hours. I can communicate via Teams or chat. I have 2 ISPs at home with great bandwidth to ensure my persistent connection and support to your SQL Servers.
