Work Terms

Hours of Operation:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Your Time Zone)
Weekends and Holidays: Available by appointment only
Response Time: All inquiries and communications will be responded to within 24 hours during business days.

Payment Terms:

Initial Consultation: Free 30-minute consultation to discuss project scope and requirements.
Hourly Rate: $30 per hour (minimum of 12 hours per project)
Flat Fee: Ranges from $50 to $150, depending on project complexity and scope.
Retainer Fee: Monthly retainer of $1500 for ongoing services, including 24 hours of grant writing and consultation.

Payment Schedule:
50% of the total fee is due upfront upon agreement.
25% upon submission of the first draft.
25% upon final submission of the grant application.
Payment Methods: Accepted via bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed-upon methods.
Late Payments: Payments not received within 15 days of the due date will incur a late fee of 10%.

Preferred Communication Style:

Primary Communication: Email (preferred for detailed instructions, updates, and document sharing)
Secondary Communication: Phone or Zoom calls (for initial consultations, major updates, and detailed discussions)
Regular Updates: Weekly email updates on the progress of the grant proposal.
Document Sharing: Use of secure file-sharing services such as Google Drive or Dropbox for exchanging documents.
Availability for Meetings: Available for scheduled calls or meetings during business hours. Please book meetings at least 24 hours in advance.
