Hello, my name is Victor. I am a professional writer and programmer with 4 years of freelancing experience across multiple platforms. As a freelancer, I am always open to new jobs or projects; however, my acceptance of a project is subject to client's budget, knowledge about the project, and my interest in the project. I am a part-time freelancer and can only offer a maximum of 20 hours per week.
