Work Terms

Communication:

I am available for communication via Guru messaging or other platforms as agreed upon.
Regular updates will be provided based on project milestones.
Response time: Typically within 24 hours, unless specified otherwise.
Payment Terms:

I prefer to work on fixed-price projects or hourly depending on the nature of the task.
For fixed-price projects, I request an initial deposit of 20-50% before starting work, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
Hourly work will be tracked through the Guru platform to ensure transparency.
Payments will be made through Guru’s SafePay system, ensuring both parties are protected.
Project Deadlines:

I am committed to delivering projects on time. We will agree on specific deadlines based on the scope of work.
If any delays occur, I will communicate with you promptly and suggest a revised timeline.
Revisions:

Content Writing & Copywriting: I offer 2 rounds of revisions to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Additional revisions may be subject to an additional fee.
Data Entry: If any data entry errors occur, I will correct them free of charge within the scope of the original project.
Confidentiality:

I respect your privacy and will treat all sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be signed if required.
Termination/Cancellation:

If either party needs to cancel the project, I require at least 48 hours’ notice.
For fixed-price projects, payments made will be adjusted based on the work completed up until cancellation.
Quality Assurance:

I will ensure the quality of my work meets professional standards and aligns with your specific requirements.
If you are not satisfied with the final work, I will make necessary revisions to meet your expectations.
