Victoria is by far one of the best programmers I have ever had, she is a must hire! She is very innovative and creatively changed aspects and functions of my community/video portal that I didn''t think were editable. All bugs on the site were completely fixed and she did them very quick and it was an excellent job. You should hire her because she troubleshoots your problems easily with great communication, active on email and on chat which was very important to me, so I would give 1 extra star for that if I could. If you are looking to have excellent work done on your website, hire Victoria.
