PROJECT MANAGER & SALES AND MARKETING CONSULTANT

I am a really organized and responsible person I enjoy planning and carrying out projects, defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities. I learn fast, I will define resource requirements and managing resource availability and allocation (internal and third party).
I will schedule every goal, activity and every deliverable for the client while ensuring that every step of the perocess adhears to the company’s quality standards. I will also budget plan each project letting the company know where the money is being allocated while meeting the budgetary objectives and making adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis. I will also manage relationships with clients, send reports and let them know where the project is at.

I went to school for Industrial Engineering where I learned about project management both financially and resource planning while tracking project performance and client success.

I have experience working as Head of Project Management for a Technology Company where I handled a multidisciplinary team and clients setting up tasks and keeping in touch with everyone while moving the project along and sending monthly reports to clients.
