Helping ideas travel safe

I have been a freelance translator for over a decade. Throughout my career, I have worked in a wide range of fields: literature, education, medicine, legal documents, tourism, marketing, arts and entertainment, medical devices, logistics and engineering, among others. I take deadlines very seriously and never fail to meet them. I am meticulous and pay great attention to detail. I am also fluent in and translate from Italian and French and can successfully communicate in Portuguese. This interest in languages has provided me with a very particular eye for the cultural elements present in human languages and the nuances that help to convey them

Apart from translating, I have also been teaching for more than 13 years. I have taught ESL to children and adults of all levels. I have also been teaching translation techniques at different public institutes providing higher-level education in Marketing, Management, Nursing, Social Work, Health and Safety and Librarianship. I very much enjoy this teaching practice as it allows me to focus on different aspects of language as well as to continuously broaden my vocabulary.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Translation from the National University of La Plata and am currently seeking to expand my knowledge and pursue more specialized courses of study. I have successfully passed several Alliance Française and PLIDA examinations.
