Of the nineteen designers, I hired to make a new logo for me. Vijay made the one I ultimately used. My plan was to employ a lot of contractors in an effort to find some with above-average skills. His initial concepts were pretty good but made several more iterations of concepts until he surprised me with one that had potential. I voiced that I thought it had potential but asked him to work on another design I thought might be the logo. He took the initiative to also make some alterations of the logo I thought had potential and one of the iterations was unexpectedly perfect.
Of the nineteen designers, if I need more logos, Vijay is the first one I will choose.
